Dr. Erich A. Helfert: Chairman

Dr. Helfert is Managing Principal of Helfert
Associates, where he is involved in executive development and consulting
in finance and strategy, including tailored shareholder value management
seminars for Fortune 100 and technology companies. He is also a frequent
public speaker on financial/economic management issues. Prior to his
current activity, Dr. Helfert was Vice President, Corporate Planning at
Crown Zellerbach Corporation, where he served twenty years in a variety of
high-level positions involving strategy and portfolio planning,
financial/economic analysis, and senior management development. Before
entering the corporate environment, he taught finance and controllership
at the Harvard Business School for seven years, including course
development and consulting activities. Dr. Helfert is the author of "Techniques
of Financial Analysis", the best-selling and most widely published text
on financial analysis since 1963, appearing in its 11th edition ©
2003, which has been translated into ten languages. He has also
authored and co-authored several other books on finance, and recently
published his first literary work, "Valley of the
Shadow".

Dr. William J. Clancey: President and Chief Technologist, Director, Co-Founder

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Stanford University; B.A. Rice University.
Dr. Clancey is Chief
Scientist for Human-Centered Computing at NASA Ames Research Center, where he is
responsible for the management of projects in the area of work systems design
and knowledge management. His numerous articles and books since the 1970's have
been very influential in the design of expert systems and instructional
programs. Clancey is the inventor of basic methods for automated explanation,
tutorial instruction, and qualitative process modeling. He has consulted and
presented this work in 18 countries. Dr. Clancey is on leave at NASA from the
Florida Institute of Human and Machcine Cognition. Previously, he was a Senior Research Scientist at
the Institute for Research on Learning (1987-97) at Stanford Knowledge Systems
Laboratory (1974-1987). He was also a founder, consultant, and member of the
board of directors of Teknowledge, Inc. (1981-1987). Clancey is a fellow in the
American College of Medical Informatics and the American Association of
Artificial Intelligence. He was the founding Editor-in-Chief of the AAAI Press
and a Senior Editor of Cognitive Science.

John Wu: Chief Development Officer, Director

Mr. Wu is Chief Executive Officer of John Wu &
Company providing to clients financial planning, strategic planning, computer
modeling and investment services. Before starting John Wu & Company, Mr. Wu
was Manager of Strategic Planning for Crown Zellerbach Corporation where he was
responsible for providing planning support to Senior Management in corporate
portfolio strategies, business valuation and resource allocation. In the
thirteen years prior to joining Crown Zellerbach, Mr. Wu served as Manager,
Corporate Planning for Arcata National Corporation; Planning Analyst for
Potlatch Corporation; Manager of Treasury Programs and Manager of Finance,
Corporate Treasury for Itel Corporation, as well as Director of Finance and
Administration for Itel Finance Corp.; and Financial Analyst, Europe Area
Budgets and Planning for IBM World Trade Corporation.

Randall P. Baker: Director

Mr. Baker held the position of Executive Vice President, world-wide
support, of Oracle Corporation, which he joined in 1993 as vice president,
customer support. Being responsible for direct support operations, carried out
by over 6,300 technical employees in 90 countries for more than 200,000
customers, he grew support revenue ten-fold to $2.8 billion and was a major
contributor to Oracle’s profits. At the
same time he improved customer and employee satisfaction to all-time record
levels. Prior to joining Oracle, he spent ten years with Tandem Computers in
increasingly responsible positions managing customer support, receiving many
awards for his performance. From 1966 to
1983 Mr. Baker was with IBM Corporation, where his role included software
development and systems engineering. He
was consistently promoted and rewarded for outstanding contributions, and
graduated from IBM’s Research Institute and IBM’s President Class at Harvard
University. Mr. Baker is very active in
the community, serving on several non-profit boards, and he has been recognized
with numerous awards. He currently
participates on advisory boards of high-technology firms.
